Great Turn out!

We are so grateful for the turnout today at our book launch! Thank you to everyone who came and supported us by your presence. It was a great time and gave lots of people an opportunity to do some networking as well! Everything was delicious (thanks, Panera Bread) and the event went very smoothly. We also want to thank Darlene Richardson and Lynda Gray who helped run the book sales. We couldn't have done it without you. Book Launch Party THIS Sunday, July 11, 2010

Our book is launching this Sunday, July 11 from 2-4 p.m. at Panera Bread, 714 N. Germantown Parkway, Cordova, TN (Germantown Parkway at Trinity Commons). We worked on the book at this location for many months and thought it appropriate to start our book tour at this location. We hope you can join us. We will, of course, have cheesecake in addition to some Panera's delicious food.

See you on Sunday! And remember, a portion of our net proceeds will benefit Dress for Success (Memphis). We are thrilled to partner with this great organization in helping them fulfill their mission of moving women from assistance to independence!

Women, Money & Cheesecake Joins forces with Womenetcetera.com!

Brona Pinnolis of WM&C has joined forces with womenetcetera.com to bring a fantastic conference for women aged 50+ to the Memphis area.  This is a full day conference for this target group full of fun and useful information.  The date is April 16, 2010 at the Memphis Hilton, Thousand Oaks.  Some of the workshops include information on "re-careering," finding the book in you, insurance and other financial topics relevant to women our age, rediscovering our passions, and much more.  Of course, Women, Money & Cheesecake will be there!  For more information contact Brona at 901-569-0972 or bronapinnolis@gmail.com.  There will be opportunities for vendors as well.  Currently we are seeking sponsors for the event.  Hope to see you there!
